Lisa Federico, a certified health coach and trainer specializing in elder services, will lead the group in the experience of movement.
Topics explored will be: Moving is Living, Love Your Feet, and Balance, Stability and Conquering the Fear of Falling. Participants will get an overview of how the real possibility of aging dynamically and healthfully can be accomplished. Lisa’s philosophy, “Movement and cognition are powerfully connected. Learning new movement patterns challenges the brain, and well-guided and progressed movements support independence. Recognize what you CAN do, and grow from there!” Location: Monadnock Community Hospital, Parmalee Building, Room #5, Peterborough. RSVP by October 16th to 371-0809 or .
