Many people are incorporating the practice of mindfulness in their everyday lives which can be a huge aid in helping us focus, and bringing peace into the common struggles we all share.
This program will be run by Janet Archer, a teacher and student of yoga, mindfulness and meditation, as well as a Master Life Coach and author. Her practice includes helping women whose parent has dementia find a calm within.
Janet will give us an introduction to the everyday benefits and wonders of “living in the moment” through the practice of Mindfulness.
