Join us for an afternoon of art & architecture appreciation at The Park Theatre in Jaffrey where we will gather to watch the documentary St. Peter’s and the Papal Basilicas of Rome.
A description of the film states: “St. Peter’s and the Papal Basilicas of Rome takes you on a journey through the four Papal Basilicas in Rome and their treasures: St. Peter's (one of the 25 destinations most visited by international tourists from all over the world), St. John in the Lateran, St. Mary Major and St. Paul Outside the Walls. Four majestic buildings – each with a precious papal altar, each a treasure trove of timeless works of art and a destination for millions of travelers and pilgrims over the centuries.” The show begins at 1:30pm but we will meet early to get seats together.
Ticket cost is $18 per person, refreshments additional – we will pay individually upon arrival.
