Aging in Place at Home, with Extra Peace of Mind

Join us for a free informational session for older adults (age 62+) who live independently at home but could use assistance around the home or are seeking stronger community connections.

• Learn about the 5 key areas to examine when Aging in Place, how to overcome challenges, and how to set yourself up to thrive at home.
• Learn how Monadnock at Home’s trusted personal network of friendly volunteers is always a phone call away for basic home maintenance needs, grocery and medication delivery, transportation to medical appointments, computer and phone assistance, friendly visits and more.
• See how you can gain peace of mind through Monadnock at Home’s vetted network of high-quality service providers who can address your larger home ownership needs such as; home repair and maintenance, housekeeping, yard work, personal care and more.
• Hear from current members sharing how Monadnock at Home membership is enriching their lives with increased social connections and greater independence.
• Take home a packet of information, including a list of local resources to help you age in place and Monadnock at Home’s guide to purchasing fall detection devices.

About Monadnock at Home

A Monadnock at Home membership enriches the lives of older adults through expanded social opportunities and access to a trusted network of service providers and volunteers who can assist with a variety of daily tasks.

This membership-based program creates powerful, social-emotional connections between volunteers and our network of older adults, reviving their sense of community and alleviating potential feelings of loneliness and isolation, and enabling them to thrive in their homes and communities.

Services are available at a nominal membership fee for individuals age 62+ individuals residing in Dublin, Fitzwilliam, Greenfield, Hancock, Harrisville, Jaffrey, Marlborough, New Ipswich, Peterborough, Rindge, Sharon and Temple.
