About Monadnock at Home
A Monadnock at Home membership enriches the lives of older adults through expanded social opportunities and access to a trusted network of service providers and volunteers who can assist with a variety of daily tasks.
This membership-based program creates powerful, social-emotional connections between volunteers and our network of older adults, reviving their sense of community and alleviating potential feelings of loneliness and isolation, and enabling them to thrive in their homes and communities.
Services are available at a nominal membership fee for individuals age 62+ individuals residing in Dublin, Fitzwilliam, Greenfield, Hancock, Harrisville, Jaffrey, Marlborough, New Ipswich, Peterborough, Rindge, Sharon and Temple.
